Description
Process a high volume of low to medium‑complexity invoices with accuracy and attention to detail. Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure proper coding and approvals. Enter invoice data into the accounting system and verify accuracy before posting. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain organized digital and physical AP files. Assist with weekly check runs and payment processing. Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice status or issues.
Support month‑end closing activities as needed.

Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Net Suite, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plainfield, IN.
Pay And BenefitsPay range: $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
