As our Accounts Payable Specialist, your mission will be to ensure every invoice, every payment, and every transaction is spot-on. You’ll work with vendors, internal teams, and systems to make sure that nothing slips through the cracks. It’s a role for someone who thrives on accuracy, ownership, and efficiency.

• Accurately process a high volume of vendor invoices

• Manage and reconcile accounts payable records

• Prepare and execute payments (check runs, ACH, wire transfers)

• Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies

• Maintain up-to-date vendor profiles and W-9s

• Support audits and month-end close processes

• Spot process improvements and help us get even better

• Experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist (or in a similar finance role)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Knowledge of accounting principles and AP best practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

• A team player who communicates clearly and works well under pressure

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
