Interstate Waste Services is hiring CDL B Front Load Truck Drivers. Safety is our first priority. Pay: $32.81 per hour. Dispatch location:
Plainfield, NJ.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.

• Work Week:
  Monday - Friday
• Hourly pay - $32.81
• Min 1 year CDL experience required
• Full comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.)

• Safely operate front, side or rear‑loading trucks.
• Transport waste or recyclable material to disposal or transfer facility, making one or more trips per shift.
• Use both manual and automatic trucks.
• Position may require lifting up to 50 pounds, moving up to 100 pounds, and mounting/dismounting the truck multiple times per route.

• 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with Airbrake endorsement.
• 1 year CDL driving experience within last 7 years.
• Great safety record and clean MVR.
• Experience as a driver or helper for a refuse company preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and applicable traffic regulations.
• Ability to speak & read English.
• Map reading ability.
• Meet physical & safety requirements.
• Willingness to work required hours under DOT regulation, including weekends, nights, or holidays.

• Routes may require navigation through congested communities and tight areas.
• Backing maneuvers essential.
• Drivers routinely climb in and out of truck cab.
• Pre‑ and post‑inspections required; maintain truck compliance with IWS safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
