• Engage with potential customers via calls, email, and online chat.
• Convert incoming calls and outbound leads into sales.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs.
• Follow-up on leads and deliver excellent post-sale support.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth service.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals to earn weekly commission.
• Develop product and sales skills with the ability to promote to salary role.

• Sales-driven and motivated by earning potential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
