Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a high energy, experienced leader to help lead our teams and deliver our customers a one-of-a-kind car wash experience. As an Assistant General Manager at Gas N Wash, you will be responsible for learning about the day-to-day operations of the wash and provide support for the General Manager. • Help maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash facility.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed for guests and staff safety.
• Continue to learn and maintain an understanding of car wash equipment; troubleshooting and identifying maintenance issues, perform basic maintenance, and work with the maintenance teams to resolve any issues.
• Knowledge of all chemicals and the ability to make chemical transfers safely.
• Demonstrate a high level of guest satisfaction by learning to handle any inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
• Strong emphasis on sales, customer satisfaction and membership retention.
• Basic computer skills.
• Any duties assigned by leadership.

• Pay starting at $21 - $23 per hour + commission for car wash membership sales.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 2 years of management or leadership experience.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure optimum guest satisfaction.
