• Must be 21 years of age
• 1–2 years retail management experience
• Demonstrates supervisory and training/coaching skills
• Full-time employment, ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Consistent and regular attendance required

• Create a welcoming environment and respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Observe staff interactions and guide them to improve customer experience
• Demonstrate leadership, high customer service, drive sales, handle complex sales
• Conduct new employee orientations, train and coach Store Associates
• Use company tools to diagnose opportunities and develop action plans
• Communicate with General Manager and Assistant Manager on strengths, opportunities, trends
• Provide direction, support, ongoing feedback to staff
• Assist in hiring process and recruitment for open positions
• Ensure company standards for store and associate appearance
• Assist with scheduling to maximize sales while meeting payroll expectations
• Plan, coordinate and execute merchandising and sales promotions with accurate pricing and signage
• Participate in continued education and product knowledge training
• Assist management with inventory management
• Perform all duties of a store associate while functioning as Manager
• Perform duties as directed by managers
