• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and answer questions about products, services, and store layouts.
• Inform guests about current promos, store activities, and events.
• Understand the tools, products, and services available in the store and in the Target App to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
• Communicate the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
• Work to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Explain how to use features and offerings within the Target App, including Wallet, and assist with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering enrollment and usage.
• Process returns following store policies and collaborate with leadership as needed to resolve guest concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and keep shelves and aisles tidy.
• Stock supplies during store hours and remain available to assist guests.
• Adhere to safety policies, maintain a safe working environment, and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pick up and drive-up orders while complying with applicable laws, including alcohol-related requirements where applicable.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to communicate effectively and attentively with guests and teammates.
• Welcoming, helpful attitude and attention to detail while prioritizing tasks.
• Willingness to educate guests about products and services and engage with them across multiple devices and handheld scanners.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; remain focused in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within time frames.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
