What You’ll Do As A Store ManagerYou are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring superb customer experience. It’s your responsibility to make your store a success.

- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

While performing duties, counter areas are hot with steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to stand for long periods. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese‑cook knife and other kitchen equipment, work quickly, keep accuracy, lift up to 50 lbs, stand up to four hours, reach counter tops measured at 36 inches. Kitchens are hot and noise level high.
Storage space limited and shelving is high. Employees must work in fast‑paced environment, have effective verbal communication, adapt to dynamic changing priorities, and manage conflict/difficult situations.
