Client Service Representative (CSR) – Animal Medical Center of Plainfield, IL

Are you a customer service superstar with a passion for pets? Join our fast-paced, state-of-the-art veterinary hospital as a Client Service Representative (CSR) at Animal Medical Center of Plainfield! We are a 19-doctor, full-service General Practice and Emergency hospital, providing 24/7 veterinary care to pets in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to pet owners and their furry family members.

What You’ll Do:
  • Welcome clients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
  • Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls and emails.
  • Educate clients on hospital services, preventative care, and payment options.
  • Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Work closely with veterinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in customer service, veterinary, or medical fields preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy, team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable working around animals.
  • Passion for providing outstanding client service and compassionate care.
