We are seeking dedicated RN Managers to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while upholding the highest standards of resident care
. The RN Unit Manager is responsible for assigning nursing tasks, implementing care plans, and evaluating resident health needs

- Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited college or university
- Current registered nurse (RN) license to practice in the state
- Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in long-term care and MDS preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Professional and welcoming demeanor for customer service interactions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Supervise and coordinate nursing care within the facility
- Make frequent rounds to assess resident conditions and ensure nursing personnel are performing their duties
- Ensure that medication rooms and carts are properly secured
- Monitor supplies and order as needed
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and facility surveys
- Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in implementing policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and emergency protocols
- Facilitate communication between shifts to maintain continuity of care
- Oversee resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Monitor resident health status daily and respond to changes accordingly
- Ensure that direct nursing care is provided by qualified personnel
- Conduct shift meetings and provide staff training as needed
- Participate in marketing and community outreach events
