We are seeking dedicated RN Managers to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while upholding the highest standards of resident care
. The RN Unit Manager is responsible for assigning nursing tasks, implementing care plans, and evaluating resident health needs

• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited college or university
• Current registered nurse (RN) license to practice in the state
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in long-term care and MDS preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Professional and welcoming demeanor for customer service interactions
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care within the facility
• Make frequent rounds to assess resident conditions and ensure nursing personnel are performing their duties
• Ensure that medication rooms and carts are properly secured
• Monitor supplies and order as needed
• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and facility surveys
• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in implementing policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and emergency protocols
• Facilitate communication between shifts to maintain continuity of care
• Oversee resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Monitor resident health status daily and respond to changes accordingly
• Ensure that direct nursing care is provided by qualified personnel
• Conduct shift meetings and provide staff training as needed
• Participate in marketing and community outreach events
