We are seeking a Tax Lead to oversee operations at tax preparation sites during the busy tax season. This leadership role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational and management skills who thrive in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment. The Tax Lead ensures smooth site operations, manages staff and volunteers, and delivers excellent client service.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations at assigned tax site
• Manage and support paid tax preparers and volunteers
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
• Monitor workflow and resolve issues promptly
• Provide guidance and assistance to staff and clients as needed
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for site activities

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Tax preparation experience a plus
• Bilingual skills a plus (Spanish preferred)
