BILLING CLAIMS SPECIALIST - PHYSICAL THERAPY (ADMINISTRATIVE)

Doctors of Physical Therapy is seeking a full‑time Billing Claims Specialist. Founded in 2005, our growing rehabilitation company relies on a dedicated billing team for success. This role is for a reliable and professional team member who seeks a long‑term career, not just a job.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.
• Creative, self‑disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently with a sense of urgency.
• Enthusiastic, able to multi‑task, and proactively problem‑solve.

Hours:

Monday‑Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm or 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

• Patient claims management, correction, submission, and follow‑up.
• Billing calls from clinics, patients & therapists.
• Cross‑training in all billing departments.
• Special projects assigned by Billing Supervisor and/or Manager.
