We are currently seeking passionate Pre-K/Kindergarten Teachers who are ready to make a difference in the lives of young children while building a rewarding career in early childhood education.

Title:

Pre-K/Kindergarten Teacher

Salary: $36,000 - $43,000 for qualified Teachers (based on education and experience)

Monday to Friday

Shifts from: 6:30am-6:00pm

Bolingbrook, Crest Hill, Minooka and Yorkville

• Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
• Ensure your classroom meets DCFS and state licensing standards.
• Promote a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate with staff and families to support each child’s journey.
• Take part in ongoing professional development, staff meetings, and training.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education or a related field
• Teacher-qualified per DCFS standards in Illinois
• Classroom experience with Kindergarten–1st grade
• Experience in a licensed childcare setting (preferred)
• Flexibility with scheduling and a team-oriented mindset
• A true passion for educating and nurturing children
