Your responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility for managing all aspects of the preschool, including health and safety, enrollment, financial wellness, staffing, training, retention, campus management, and delivery of high‑quality education and care.
  • Understand, promote, and model Primrose School of Bolingbrook’s vision, purpose, and mission.
  • Passionately believe in and communicate the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach to teaching and learning.
  • Lead and ensure compliance with DCFS rules & regulations, Primrose (SSA) and COGNIA Accreditation standards.
  • Implement systems for ongoing feedback for teaching staff, using tools such as Classroom Observation Forms and Teacher Evaluations.
  • Actively develop and maintain positive staff relationships, parent partnerships, and manage all resources effectively.
  • Conduct school tours and interact with children and parents about programs and curriculum.
  • Organize and conduct staff meetings, workshops, and other school functions; attend all school events and open houses.
  • Perform all essential management responsibilities for the school, including business management, education, campus environment, and marketing.
  • Perform essential functions of Leadership Team positions, Teacher, Food Service Teacher, and Bus Driver as needed.
