The Infusion Outpatient Pharmacist will work within the HHCI free standing oncology infusion center; overseeing the daily operations of the Compounded Sterile Products (CSP) area; assist in meeting regulatory compliance; and monitor training, competency assessment and quality assurance/control.

• Oversee the daily operations of the Compounded Sterile Products (CSP) area within the HHCI oncology infusion center.
• Assist in meeting regulatory compliance related to compounded sterile products.
• Monitor training, competency assessment, and quality assurance/control activities.

• Education
  :
  Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm.
  
  D.) strongly preferred.
• Experience
  :
  Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
