Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a generalist book of business, primarily small to mid‑market accounts, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience.

• Manage a generalist book of business with a focus on small to mid‑market accounts, including fire department specialties.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Oversee policy renewals, account rounding, and servicing.
• Collaborate with department managers and team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.

• 2-10 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a preference for candidates with 3+ years of experience.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Warm, personable, and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
