The Pines at Placerville Healthcare Center, 1040 Marshall Way, Placerville, CA 95667

Pay: $40-$44/hr DOE. Supportive & Collaborative Team Environment.

• Provide exceptional direct nursing care to residents with professionalism and heart
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Respond to emergencies and ensure resident safety at all times
• Help maintain a clean and organized care environment
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and wellbeing
• Collaborate with the care team to uphold regulatory compliance and care standards

• Active LVN license in California — in good standing
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in fast-paced situations
• Genuine passion for serving seniors
