We are hiring in the following geographic regions:
El Dorado Hills to Camino.
- Under the direction of the classroom teacher, supervise classroom, playground, and community activities of students with disabilities and Juvenile Hall students.
- Present instructional material under the teacher’s direction to individual students or small groups.
- Relieve the teacher of routine clerical duties.
- Experience:
Successful interaction with children in a classroom or other structured setting, preferably with students with disabilities. - Education:
High school diploma or the equivalent, and two years of college (48 units), or A.A. degree (or higher), or pass a local assessment of knowledge and skills in assisting in instruction. - Note:
All applicants are required to pass testing to be placed on an eligibility list.
