Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role located in Placerville, CA. The Receptionist will manage a variety of front desk and administrative duties, including answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, and maintaining an organized and efficient office environment. They will also support the team with clerical tasks and ensure excellent customer service in every interaction.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including managing appointments and maintaining a well-organized office environment
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette to professionally interact with clients and team members
- Customer Service skills to provide a friendly and helpful experience for clients
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and proficiency in basic computer applications, including email and scheduling software
- Prior receptionist or administrative experience is preferred
- CA Property & Casualty Licence preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
