Brief Description: Customer Service Representative is responsible for selling new auto insurance policies, renewing policies, servicing existing policies, and marketing for potential new business.

Requirements:

• Computer literate (basic to intermediate skills).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful.
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and ability to provide a first-rate customer experience.
• Must pass state licensing requirements.
• Flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation.

Education/Training/Experience:

• High School Diploma.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, courteous service to internal and external customers.
• Answer questions regarding customer policies.
• Accept payments and process transactions.
• Identify potential customer needs regarding their policies.
• Follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations.
• Participate in marketing initiatives for new business development as needed.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and office.
• Conduct FNOL vehicle inspections and take vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required).
• Handle bank deposits.
• This is a full-time position.
• Other duties as assigned.
