BLISS Car Wash is looking for an EXPERIENCED Sales Associate to guide our guests in choosing a Monthly Unlimited Wash Membership for their vehicle.

• Sign-on bonus: $500 - $1,000
• Hourly base pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour, plus commission

• Greet and create an exceptional first impression for all guests
• Offer & sell BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships
• Offer & sell BLISS Single Wash Packages and upgrades

• Provide excellent service to ensure guests have a BLISSFUL experience
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with uniform policy

• Follow company safety protocol
• Enjoy working outdoors
• Be a team player

• Ensure all vehicles are loaded correctly and safely onto the conveyor
• Prepare the vehicle within company guidelines
• Perform after-hours site cleaning following the schedule (includes tunnel equipment, tunnel floor, tunnel walls, tunnel pit, vacuum area, walkways, queuing area, etc.)

• Must have sales experience

• Maintain the highest level of service at all times
• Adapt to high-volume retail while working in a team
• Flexibility to adapt to various situations
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
• Demonstrates ability to improve through training

• Build strong relationships with guests and co-workers through excellent communication and follow-through

• Part-time position with varied hours/days as business dictates

• Reports to the Site Manager

• Work outdoors in a loud environment due to car wash equipment and vehicles
• Exposure to fumes from equipment and cleaning solvents
• Temperature and environmental fluctuations (heat, cold, humidity); some noise and vibration

• Stand and walk for extended periods; be in constant motion
• Lift up to 50 lbs; bend, reach, and stoop; operate related equipment
