Production Operator - OC

Responsibilities:

+ Operate all department equipment, quality checks, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs.

+ Enter jobs into the manufacturing tracking system.

+ Read and interpret shop order to verify that all previous operations were completed, to verify count and to verify quality.

+ Maintain a safe, neat, and organized workplace.

+ Ensure the quality of the panels are meeting the standard of the work order before proceeding the work to the next department.

+ Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills are essential.

+ Candidates must be able to read and interpret blueprints and understand job specifications.

+ Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

+ Basic computer skills for data entry.

+ Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.

+ Able to work in a team environment and willing to cross train in other areas.

Requirements:

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent

+ Minimum 2 years' experience in the printed circuit board industry or any similar manufacturing related industry.

+ Able to lift to 25lbs.

+ Ability to stand/walk throughout an 8-10-hour shift. Ability to walk on uneven surface.

** Pay Details:**  $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
