Heartfelt Caregiver Elderly Client

Overview

Right at Home provides non-medical home care in client’s homes. This may include bathing them, helping them dress, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship (taking walks together, playing games, gardening). We also may drive clients to a doctor’s appointment, do errands for them, and do some light housekeeping.

• Provide non-medical care in clients’ homes, including bathing assistance, dressing support, meal planning and preparation, medication reminders, and meaningful companionship.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and run errands as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
• Support clients in daily living tasks to help them stay independent and engaged.

• Experience as a caregiver is preferred; if not, experience caring for a family member who is ill or aging is acceptable.
• Have a heart for caring for people and a genuine desire to make a difference in clients’ lives.
• Willingness to receive training and, if not already registered with the state, to complete registration and training provided to be successful in the role.
• Open to candidates with backgrounds such as caregiver, CNA, HCA, medical assistant, social worker, home care aide, companion, personal care assistant, or home health aide.
