Position Summary:

Provides professional and technical skills to provide safety, comfort, personal hygiene and the protection of patients in the patient care areas.

• High School Diploma
• CA Certified Nurse Assistant Course
• C.N.A. License, BLS
• Hospital mandatory education:
  Orientation, OSHA, EOC, Infection Control, Abuse/Neglect, Ethics, Tuberculosis Screening, BLS

• One year of nurse assistance experience
• Knowledge of university and medical center organizations, policies, procedures, and forms
