Competitive, based on experience ($18-28/hr)
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and updating website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Utilize Excel to organize and analyze data related to website performance, user engagement, and other metrics.
Collaborate with team members to implement web development projects and initiatives.
Monitor website functionality and navigation and address any technical issues in a timely manner.
Support in the creation and optimization of web forms, surveys, and other interactive elements.
Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities for website improvement.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced skills in data manipulation, formulas, and macros.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Familiarity with web content management systems (CMS) such as Shopify is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Prior experience in web management, administration, or related fields is preferred but not required.
