260 Research Drive Jenkins Township, PA 18640.
The Production Support Generalist helps support our production and warehouse operations. This role is essential to maintaining workflow efficiency and ensuring high-quality output across multiple stages of the production process.
Shift AvailableMonday-Thursday 2:00pm-7:00pm;
Training to be determined at time of offer.
$14.00-$15.00/hour based on experience.
Staging- Collecting materials, flexographic dies and packaging supplies.
- Stocking consumables throughout daily operation.
- Labeling package containers.
- Case packing and moving finished goods to staging area be checked in.
- Collecting trash, putting together gaylords, and stocking supplies on assigned presses.
- Maintaining clean and organized work spaces.
- Moving checked-in products to bin locations.
- Following stocking SOPs provided by inventory controller.
- Conducting inventory count verifications.
- Delivering checked-in products to shipping for processing.
- Cross training in functions such as shipping, receiving and machine operations in production.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality policies, procedures and standards.
- Follows established quality management system procedures.
- Completion of quality documents to ensure adherence to procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to communicate and work with co-workers effectively
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Able to follow directions and ask questions for clarification.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- This is an entry level position and does not require experience. However, at least 3-6 months of general warehouse experience is preferred.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Vision abilities required to perform this job include close vision.
- The employee may be required to lift up to 45 lbs.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in an office and production environment and is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The noise level in the work environment can range from a quiet office environment to a loud factory environment. Due to the nature of the business, the employee may also be exposed to non-hazardous fumes and/or airborne particles.
