We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Facilities Technician to join our team. As a Facilities Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and conducting repairs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, along with your ability to work independently and collaboratively, will be instrumental in maintaining a well‑functioning warehouse environment.

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance tasks, and repairs on warehouse equipment, including conveyor systems, forklifts, packaging machines, and other mechanical and electrical systems.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and productivity loss.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify potential hazards or risks.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations and logistics teams to schedule maintenance activities, prioritize work orders, and coordinate equipment availability.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment repairs, parts replacement, and maintenance schedules.
• Source and procure necessary parts, tools, and supplies for maintenance and repairs, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery, following manufacturer's guidelines and safety protocols.
• Conduct training sessions for warehouse staff on equipment operation, maintenance best practices, and safety procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in warehouse maintenance and equipment repair.
