• Develop tids, design, and execute outreach campaigns for various audiences using marketing tools
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging email content aligned with campaign and promotional goals.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, including open rates, click‑through rates and conversions.
• Segment target lists to ensure targeted and personalized messaging.
• Test and optimize emails for deliverability, responsiveness, and design across devices.

• Create and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms.
• Work with the design team to develop content that aligns with the brand voice and engages followers, including tests, images, videos and infographics.

  Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of related experience required; still acquiring higher‑level knowledge and skills; degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including email marketing and social media.
  • Experience in paid social media advertising and e‑commerce marketing a plus.
  Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation,.Hide data management, along with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying on top of industry trends.
  • Proficiency in email marketing and social media platforms.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the top four platforms, e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Linked In.
  • Thorough knowledge of how to navigate Google Services (listings/ads/reviews).
  • Basic graphic design skills e.g., proficiency in Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta analytics, or other reporting tools.
