Key Responsibilities Campaign Management- Develop tids, design, and execute outreach campaigns for various audiences using marketing tools
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging email content aligned with campaign and promotional goals.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, including open rates, click‑through rates and conversions.
- Segment target lists to ensure targeted and personalized messaging.
- Test and optimize emails for deliverability, responsiveness, and design across devices.
- Create and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of related experience required; still acquiring higher‑level knowledge and skills; degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in digital marketing, including email marketing and social media.
- Experience in paid social media advertising and e‑commerce marketing a plus.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation,.Hide data management, along with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying on top of industry trends.
- Proficiency in email marketing and social media platforms.
- In‑depth knowledge of the top four platforms, e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Linked In.
- Thorough knowledge of how to navigate Google Services (listings/ads/reviews).
- Basic graphic design skills e.g., proficiency in Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite. cann
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta analytics, or other reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
