Availability and dependability are required to multitask between systems and job duties such as documentation, taking calls, and following up on items as needed. KeyCustomer Interactions
- Handle calls from current clients regarding policy questions, including requested changes or updates to accounts.
- Grow existing client relationships.
- Process cancellations.
- Set up autopay.
- Enter inbound leads in a timely manner.
- Excellent customerbeservice and call‑center experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Problem management and problem‑solving.
- Multitasking and strong computer skills (CRMs, dual monitors, phone systems).
- Communication and writing skills.
- Data entry.
Skills & Qualifications
- Call Center – 2+ years.
- High emotional intelligence and patience.
- Strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to quality service.
- Comfortable with digital tools and data entry.

Contract to Hire position based out of Pittston, PA.
ci (Pay Range: $19.00 – $19.00/hr.
