Adhere to safety rules and regulations of MSHA/OSHA/DOT and Pennsy Supply, Inc.;
Signal operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment and movement;
Shovels, rakes, spreads and levels earth, aggregates and hot asphalt mix to fine grade specifications;
Loads, unloads and carries tools, equipment and materials;
Read roadway plans and standard drawings, and assist foreman with hand and power tools, concrete forms, reinforcement steel, and finishing of concrete
