Class A Dedicated Regional Truck Driver - CDL Graduates OK

Beast Mode Truckin is recruiting Class A drivers, including recent CDL graduates, for a dedicated Eastern regional account operating 53' refrigerated trailers. This role provides competitive pay, modern equipment, predictable home time, and a structured mentor program for trainees.

• Average weekly pay: $1,500–$1,700
• Pay per mile: $0.69–$0.81 (based on experience)
• Trainee pay: $680 per week for drivers with under 6 months’ OTR/regional experience
• Stop pay: $10 for first stop, $15 for each additional stop
• Short-haul pay: $25 for loads under 50 miles
• Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

• Equipment: 53' refrigerated trailers; modern, automatic tractors
• Freight:
  Predominantly no-touch freight (drop-and-hook) with occasional live store load/unloads
• Account:
  Dedicated grocery account on an Eastern regional route
• Mileage:
  Average approximately 1,700–1,800 miles per week
• Home time:
  Predictable daily home time; slip-seat trucks
• Training: 4–6 week mentor/OTR training ride for drivers with less than 6 months’ experience
• Schedule:
  
  7-day operation; weekends not guaranteed off; drivers must be available for day or night shifts; typical workweek 5–6 days
• Run rotations:
  Short rotations (1–2 weeks out) may be offered; specifics can be discussed during hiring

• Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours)
• Reasonably clean driving record: no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions within the past 5 years
• No DUI convictions within the past 5 years
• Not terminated from most recent employment for safety-related reasons
• Generally stable 10-year work history; acceptable exceptions for schooling or training
• Minimum recent employment: 6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years
• Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens
  
  Residency: preference for candidates within 40 miles of Johnstown, NY or Syracuse, NY; candidates residing in the Buffalo, Boston, or New York City metropolitan areas are not eligible for this account
• Criminal offenses will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
