This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pittsfield, MA. As a Summer Camp Sports Specialist, you will be responsible for leading sports activities, coaching campers in various sports including football, lacrosse, golf, softball and baseball, and fostering teamwork and positive sportsmanship. Additional responsibilities include assisting with mentoring campers, and contributing to the overall camp experience by participating in traditional camp activities.

• Strong skills in Sports Coaching, including organizing practices and guiding athletes
• Proficiency in specific sports such as Football, lacrosse, golf, softball and baseball, with a comprehensive understanding of rules and strategies
• Effective Communication and Coaching skills to inspire and mentor children and adolescents
• Experience in interpersonal skills, including Sales or engaging with diverse groups, is a plus
• Ability to adapt to dynamic camp settings and maintain a positive attitude
• Prior experience working with children or in a camp environment is desirable
• First aid certification or willingness to obtain it is a bonus
