Commercial and Building Estate Maintenance Technician – Seattle Area

Outlook Exterior Maintenance, Inc. is hiring for a full‑time Commercial and Building Estate Maintenance Technician. Technicians receive professional equipment, comprehensive training, and competitive wages with an excellent benefit package. • Pressure‑washing, window cleaning, graffiti removal, and use of window cleaning equipment (long poles, ladders, lifts, water‑fed poles).
• All‑season indoor and outdoor work, including commercial pressure washing and high‑end homes/estates cleaning.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Eye for detail and ability to pick up and carry 50 lbs. regularly.
• Team player with a positive attitude and courteous service focused on client needs.

• Previous pressure‑washing experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of ladders, man lifts, and boom work is also a plus.
• Mechanically inclined, solution‑based mindset, and take pride in work.
• Must be able to show proof of vaccination if asked (due to client policies).
• Background check, I‑9 verification, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation for gear, and a smartphone required.

• Experience cleaning high‑end construction is a plus, but not required.
