Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care, case management, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills with patients, providers, and team members.

Location:

Responsibilities:

- Provide skilled nursing care to patients.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Required Skills &

Certifications:

- Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts.
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical experience.

Preferred Skills &

Certifications:

- Specialities in Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, Operating Room.
- Clinical Assessment, Medication Administration, and Treatment Planning skills
- Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Special Considerations:

- Medical/Surgical experience required.

Scheduling:
- Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM.
