-Collaborative MD/CRNA relationship
-NO CALL REQUIREMENTS (do have weekend and day call if interested)
Level III Trauma Center. Must be comf with all cases General (Laparoscopic cholecystectomy/appy) , Robotic (Gastric Bypass, prostates), vascular (Endo AAA, A-V fistulas, CAE's), ortho, mastectomies, cystoscopy's)
We are CRNAs- we have anesthesia techs who do our machine turnovers. Also have scrub techs and first assists, and POA's who clean the OR's.
Paper charting
Timeframe for BMC less than 1 month. Our hold up is usually the Mass APRN licensure Which is for the MA Board & required before CRNAs can start. Temporary privileges available?:

Hotel on North--BR39
Holiday Inn and Suites--BR
Hilton Garden Inn--BR9
Courtyard Marriot Lenox-Sunday through Thursday is BR9 and then Friday and Saturday is BR29
Requirement description : MA license Now Required, No Exceptions
Board Certified Required
Clean background Required
COVID vaccination Required at time of name clear or the provider will not be sent over
Credentialing timeframe: ~6 weeks could be faster if provider is MA licensed
