Springside Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently seeking an MDS Nurse Coordinator. Our compassionate and experienced staff will help you reach your maximum potential in this role. Our facility is full of friendly faces and new opportunities!
Have a NY Nursing License? We will cover the cost to License reciprocity in MA!
Requirements for MDS Nurse Coordinator:
- Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- At least two (2) years of MDS experience preferred
Job Duties for MDS Nurse Coordinator:
- Accurate completion of RAI for all Medicare patients in the facility
- Provides completion of the nursing section of all Medicare MDSs and RAPs
- Complete OBRA MDSs as PPS caseload allows
