Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week Med Surg travel assignment working 12-hour day shifts (7:00 am – 7:30 pm) with 48 hours guaranteed. The RN will provide direct patient care on a 20–34 bed Medical Surgical unit with a typical 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio and must be comfortable floating to any Med Surg unit as required.
Requirements:
2 years current Medical Surgical experience [Required]
Telemetry experience required [Required]
Willingness to float
- Required [Required]
Basic Dysrhythmia course completion STRONGLY REQUIRED [Required]
Meditech Expanse experience [highly preferred]
Education Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing – ADN or Bachelor of Science in Nursing – BSN)
State License Requirements:
Massachusetts RN license.
Certification Requirements:
Active American Heart Association BLS.(Required)
Active American Heart Association ACLS.(Required)
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale NIHSS .(Required)
