- Experience:
- Previous experience preferred.
- Education and Training:
- Associate's degree in nursing required, BSN preferred.
- License, Certification & Registration:
- RN License - Currently licensed as an RN in Massachusetts
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to function independently under general guidance of the Director and follows the guidelines and protocols and/or policies and protocols specific to each unit. Duties require independent action and judgment. Utilizes time management, communication, planning, delegating, and problem solving in providing care. Must possess and demonstrate critical thinking skills. Must maintain emotional stability in emergency settings.
- Other Addendum(s) Requirements:
- STABLE required within one year of hire.
- C-EFM required within two years of hire.
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation required within orientation period.
- Previous Maternity experience preferred.
- CPR
- ACLS required within one year.
- IV Qualifications required.
