Role Specifics

As a Pediatric RN on this travel assignment, you’ll lead and participate in essential pediatric care on the unit—assessing patients, developing care plans, administering medications and vaccines, initiating IV therapy, performing accurate dressing changes, and monitoring growth and recovery trajectories. You’ll perform age-appropriate assessments, contribute to discharge planning, educate families on home care needs, and collaborate with physicians, social workers, and case managers to optimize outcomes.

Your daily responsibilities will emphasize evidence-based practice, safety, infection control, and timely escalation when clinical changes occur.
