Job Opportunity – RN Educator – Perinatal/Family Birthplace – Massachusetts

Start Date: January 26, 2026
Location: Western Massachusetts
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 8-hour shifts; every other weekend and holiday rotation required

Highlights:

• Specialized RN Educator role focused on Family Birthplace Unit education
• Primary focus: educating Operating Room circulation for cesarean sections
• 13-week assignment with 8 hours of non-billable orientation
• Meditech Expanse EMR system (experience strongly preferred)
• Collaborative perinatal team environment with focus on clinical excellence
• Holiday and overtime multipliers at 1.25%

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree required
• 3+ years of current RN Educator experience in the perinatal field
• Demonstrated expertise in educating OR circulation for cesarean sections
• High proficiency in Labor & Delivery and C-section circulation (straight L&D experience alone will not be considered)
• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Current certifications required: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), and NRP – must be in hand prior to start
• COVID vaccination with dose on or after October 3, 2023 (exemptions considered with provider/religious leader signature; masking required if exemption approved)
• Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from facility location
• Reliable personal vehicle required for assignment
