Barrington Stage Company, an award-winning theatre in the Berkshires (Pittsfield, MA), seeks a highly organized professional to work closely with the Director of Development, the development team, board members, and donors. The role involves overseeing all fundraising activities, ensuring the development team has the necessary tools for success. The ideal candidate will monitor the department’s calendar, prospects, and financial goals, collaborating with colleagues to achieve those goals.

This position will serve as the central hub of the department, overseeing the activities of the Grants Writer, Database Manager, Special Events Coordinator, and Business Partner Liaison. Strong, accurate communication skills are essential, along with ease in representing the theatre at social and public-facing functions.
