Pittsfield, MA
$60,000-$75,000 per year
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate work orders, bills of materials, and production schedules.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure parts and materials arrive in alignment with build phases.
- Maintain and update production data within the company's ERP/MRP system.
- Track production activity and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes.
- Analyze workflow and production metrics to identify opportunities for improved efficiency.
- Communicate schedule changes, resource needs, and production status updates to leadership.
- Prior experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP platforms.
- Excellent analytical abilities with experience solving complex scheduling and capacity challenges.
- Highly organized with strong cross‑functional communication skills.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, lead times, and resource allocation.
