As the next Senior Vice President of Retail Services you will lead one of Greylock’s most member‑facing divisions, shaping the experiences of our branch, call center, and community business development teams. You will guide the strategic direction and performance of our branches, contact center, ATM/ITM platforms, and member‑facing technologies while setting the vision for deposit growth, member retention, and service excellence.
You will work closely with Finance, Lending, Marketing, and Risk to ensure integrated strategies, partner with ALCO on deposit strategies and pricing, and collaborate with Marketing to align product and business development efforts. The role requires a strong business‑development mindset to sustain and grow our SEG relationships and to represent Greylock at community events, civic engagements, and industry forums.
- Lead the Retail Services division, overseeing branches, call center, ATM/ITM platforms, and member‑facing technologies.
- Set the vision for deposit growth, member retention, and service excellence.
- Collaborate with executive functions—Finance, Lending, Marketing, and Risk—to integrate strategies across the organization.
- Partner with ALCO on deposit strategies and pricing.
- Align product and business development efforts with Marketing.
- Sustain and expand SEG relationships through a strong business‑development mindset.
- Represent Greylock at community events, civic engagements, and industry forums.
- Lead by example, inspiring teams, building trust, and motivating others toward excellence in an inclusive, member‑focused culture.
- At least ten years of experience in deposit, loan, and retail financial services.
- Demonstrated success leading a complex branch network and retail strategy.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in credit unions (highly valued).
- Consumer lending expertise is a bonus.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Leadership experience is required, and ongoing executive development is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively across executive functions.
- Ability to connect with employees, members, and community partners in a leadership role.
The role is based in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, with in‑person leadership and community presence required. Hybrid flexibility is available, but this role cannot be performed remotely.
