We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Manager for an interim leadership role in Pittsfield, MA. As a Clinical Manager specializing in IV Therapy, you will provide supervision of daily nursing unit operations, act on behalf of the organization, and demonstrate leadership in the healthcare service or profession.

• Supervise daily nursing unit operations
• Act on behalf of the organization, providing supervision for staff members
• Participate in the hiring process and disciplinary actions as necessary
• Ensure compliance with accrediting/regulatory agency standards, hospital and departmental policies, and customer service standards
• Serve as a role model for professionalism
• Demonstrate leadership ability and communicate a strong work ethic
• Effectively handle complex assignments simultaneously
• Understand and apply Joint Commission and other regulatory standards
• Confront problems and resolve conflicts
• Knowledge of software applications

• Current management/leadership experience required
• 3 years progressive experience in the service or profession
• BSN required, Master's degree preferred
• CRNI (Certified Registered Nurse Infusion) certification
• PICC certified
• 1 year supervisory experience
• BLS (AHA) certification
• PICC Certification
• State License:
  Massachusetts

• Travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility will receive a 10% reduction from the posted rate.
• Availability during the Christmas-New Year Day block is required.
• No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.
