Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions, support onboarding, offboarding, and all employee events in between, and provide broad support for day‑to‑day human resources activities.
  • Answer phones, prepare materials, conduct scheduling meetings, and respond to employment verification requests.
  • Assist employees with their benefits, including education, completing enrollment forms, changes/updates, etc.
  • Create and maintain employee personnel and confidential records.
  • Assist with coordinating and facilitating new hire orientations and employee trainings.
  • Continuously grow and develop skills as needed.

Compensation: $21.44–22.29 per hour.

Qualifications
  • 1–2 years as a Human Resources Coordinator or Administrative Assistant, supporting an extremely fast‑paced department.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, ADP, and ICIM's.
  • Passion for helping people and solving problems with intuitive follow‑up ability and customer‑service skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both via email and phone.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Enjoy being in a role that supports and assists HR leaders and being one very important piece of the team.
