Overview
Community Living Support Professional 2 – RELIEF in Pittsfield, MA. This is an on‑call, as needed position in a small group living environment serving adults with co‑occurring mental illness and substance use disorders. You will provide a supportive, therapeutic presence and assist in the daily operations of the residence, including accompaniment to activities and appointments, and you will be trained to administer medications.
Excellent training is provided in Dual Diagnosis and Trauma‑Informed Care.
- Serve in a small group living environment in Pittsfield, MA, supporting adults with co‑occurring mental illness and substance use disorders.
- Provide a supportive, therapeutic presence and assist with daily residence operations.
- Accompany residents to activities and appointments.
- Receive training to administer medications.
- High School/GED or HiSET plus 1 year related experience and/or training. One year supervisory or human service experience desired. Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be organized, detail‑oriented, and have solid time management skills.

Pittsfield, MA - Rate of Pay: $22.92 per hour
- Hours:
On‑call, as needed - Schedule:
1st, 2nd, and overnight shifts
