This is a caregiver and Personal Care Assistant (PCA) opportunity available in Pittsfield, MA. The role offers flexible, self‑determined scheduling and works in the comfort of clients' homes. No prior experience is required; we provide training for the right candidate who shows the right mindset and compassion.

Work as a Companion or Personal Care Provider for elderly and disabled individuals. Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, eating, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship. Support clients’ daily living and report any incidents or emergencies.

Salary: $17–$20 per hour (dependent on experience and tasks). Additional benefits include bonuses, travel pay, mileage pay, and the ability to create your own schedule.

• Assisting clients with personal hygiene and dressing
• Performing general cleaning duties
• Assisting with eating and meal preparation
• Helping with shopping errands and grocery supplies
• Providing medication reminders
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the home
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping rooms, halls, and bathrooms
• Emptying and replacing trash containers
• Planning and preparing meals with client assistance
• Being a pleasant and supportive companion
• Reporting any unusual incidents and acting promptly during emergencies
