Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time, Permanent

Location: Pittsfield, MA 01201

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay Range: $44–$55 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a skilled nursing facility in Pittsfield, MA. This full‑time, permanent role offers a stable 40‑hour work week in a supportive environment focused on improving residents’ communication and swallowing outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing function.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to enhance communication abilities and manage dysphagia.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress notes.
• Educate residents and families on therapy goals and communication/swallowing strategies.

• Active MA SLP license.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
