Controller - Revere, MA (Hybrid: 2-3 Days Onsite)

A well established manufacturing organization located in Revere, MA is seeking an experienced Controller to lead all core accounting and financial operations. This role is ideal for a hands on finance leader who excels in a fast moving production and distribution environment and is committed to accuracy, operational partnership, and process improvement.

The Controller will oversee all financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting functions. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership, operations, supply chain, and production teams to ensure strong fiscal management, data integrity, and strategic financial insight.

• Lead month end close, year end processes, and full general ledger oversight.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reporting packages, and variance analyses.
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and fixed assets.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting.
• Analyze production costs, yields, waste, and operational efficiencies.
• Partner with operations and supply chain on cost improvements and financial decision support.
• Manage, train, and mentor accounting team members.
• Coordinate audits and maintain relationships with external auditors and partners.
• Support long term planning, capital investment analysis, and leadership decision making.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience; manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing financial workflows.
• Proven experience leading accounting teams and improving processes.
• High proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally.
