Quality Engineer – Toy Safety & Compliance

RMS International USA is looking for a Quality Engineer to help ensure our toys meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and durability. In this role, you’ll work hands‑on with product samples, testing, packaging reviews, and production evaluations, supporting the full development cycle from early design to final sign‑off.

• Review products and packaging for compliance with ASTM F963, CPSIA, FHSA, and internal safety standards.
• Evaluate samples for hazards (small parts, chemicals, magnets) and prepare testing and risk assessment documentation.
• Coordinate third‑party lab testing and help resolve non‑compliance issues.
• Support CAPAs, audits, labeling reviews, and factory inspections.

• 1–3 years in product quality, testing, or consumer goods compliance.
• Knowledge of U.S. toy safety regulations and testing workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and cross‑functional communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Product Safety, Industrial Design, or related field (or relevant experience).
